For those worried about the Corona virus:

If you think you’re getting sick, be sure to contact your Dr.
You should take enough D to get your serum (blood test) levels up to at least around 60-80 (normal range is about 30-100). Ask your doc to test you.
D is more of a long term protectant and won’t do as much good if you are just starting to take it. But start anyway
Is your best bet if you’re just starting to try to protect or if you feel like you’re coming down with something.
1-2 grams (1gm=1000mg) at least 3-4x/day if you’re symptom free, more if you’re sick.
If you think you are getting flu symptoms then increase your intake to 1-2 gm every 20 min or so till you reach your bowel tolerance (that’s when you feel like if you take any more you might have diarrhea). At that point, back off on the frequency, but continue taking as much as is tolerated. The more your body needs it, the more your gut will be able to take.
Drink lots of fluids, preferably water.
A much better option if you’re feeling symptomatic is to find a doc who knows how to give vit C by IV. It is about 10x more effective IV than oral.
It’s been used with good results by docs in China and other countries but you’ll never hear about it in the western media. Thanks again for nothing, pharmaco!0 Comments
